Demonstrateastrongunderstandingofmillworkinstallationpractices,materials,andtechniques.

Qualifications: What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in cabinet/millwork installation, joinery, finish carpentry, or related trade.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and high commitment levels.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality.

Proactive communication style and ability to effectively collaborate with the team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality finished products.

High school diploma or GED.
