Mativ Renfrew is looking for Slitter Operators to join our production team! If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends) we want to hear from you! Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Slitter Operators will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Operate machinery Ability to troubleshoot Perform quality checks on products as required Adhere to safety policies and procedures Basic computer knowledge and skill Ability to work in a team atmosphere workplace Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Qualifications: Grade 12 education 1+ years manufacturing experience Basic math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule (on average 14 working days per month) Compensation Package: Salary Range: $24.78 to $26.95/hr.
