You are expected to support the team in providing effective interpersonal skills and creating a therapeutic environment for clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign work and evaluate staff performance
• Train new employees on daily responsibilities
• Role model appropriate social skills for clients
• Contribute to maintaining operational quality
• Document shift responsibilities and staff attendance

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Two years of relevant experience required
• Completed criminal records check required
• First aid certification with CPR
