As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you'll perform various tasks to maintain the physical environment of the college. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, and ensuring emergency equipment is fully operational. Your work will directly contribute to a safe and welcoming atmosphere for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain building structures and systems
• Conduct minor repairs on furniture and equipment
• Maintain irrigation and plumbing setups
• Test emergency safety equipment regularly
• Clear snow and maintain outdoor areas
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2 years of related facility maintenance experience
• Class 5 driver’s license is required
• Solid ability to solve problems independently
• Willingness to travel between campuses as needed
