Rhapsody is seeking a dedicated Concierge with at least two years of upscale customer service experience. This role focuses on building relationships with residents, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication flow. Your knowledge of the local area will enhance the resident experience, making you an essential team member.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and guests warmly at the property
• Manage the Concierge phone line and after-hours package pickups
• Address resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Assist with event planning and onsite initiatives
• Provide general resident services such as reservation scheduling

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion
• 2+ years in concierge or upscale service
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
• Knowledge of the community and neighborhood preferred
