Your role involves case management and collaboration with various community resources. Successful applicants will demonstrate effective organizational and communication abilities alongside relevant human services experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advocacy and referrals to youth clients
• Assess needs and establish personalized objectives
• Drive clients to appointments and activities
• Liaise with schools and community service partners
• Maintain program compliance and assist with documentation

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Successful completion of background checks
• Robust judgment and professionalism
