Previous experience in sales or customer service
Experience in the construction, renovation, windows and doors, cabinetry, or whole-home customization industry is preferred
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Able to follow up on customer needs, quotations, and order progress
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups
Respond to customer inquiries and organize customer information
Assist with preparing quotations and order-related documents
Maintain transparent communication with customers and internal teams
Provide daily sales and administrative support
