Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Support toileting, feeding, and transferring needs
• Facilitate arts and crafts and program outings
• Report and communicate client needs to the team
• Follow standards and procedures as outlined

Requirements:
• Current DSW, SSW, or PSW certificate
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience
• Current Criminal Record Check
• Valid G2 driver’s license
• CPR certification
