The Building Maintenance Technician at ALMAG will engage in a variety of tasks including repairs, preventative maintenance, and providing light carpentry assistance. You will monitor systems and ensure that the building remains a safe, organized, and productive workspace. Your initiative and problem-solving skills will be essential in fulfilling the role's responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete minor repairs on doors and fixtures
• Maintain and repair washroom fixtures and plumbing
• Conduct regular checks on building systems
• Support small projects and facility enhancements
• Clean and organize storage areas

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
• 2 years of building support experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Capacity to work independently
• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
