In this volunteer role, you will facilitate construction projects at our new Build Factory, offering guidance to fellow volunteers and future homeowners. With ongoing training and support, you’ll enhance your construction skills while fostering a spirit of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise teams of 3 to 5 volunteers in office
• Ensure the highest safety and health standards
• Create a fun and engaging construction experience

Requirements:
• Familiarity with construction and power tools
• Ability to lead diverse teams effectively
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor
• Interest in continuous learning and growth
• Commitment to at least two shifts monthly
