The Upper Grand Family Health Team is seeking a Registered Kinesiologist for a permanent 0.8 FTE role. Contribute to the excellence in rural health care while promoting health and wellness in Fergus, Elora, and Arthur.

In this position, you'll be involved in managing chronic pain, developing education programs, and supporting individuals’ health goals through movement. Partner with community organizations for outreach and programming while working closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to enhance quality of life for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clinical programs focused on health promotion
• Deliver assessments and implement prevention strategies
• Engage with clients in office and through virtual care




• Continually update qualified competencies and knowledge

Requirements:
• Degree in health or related field from an accredited university
• Active membership with a relevant regulatory body
• Experienced in wellness and chronic disease management
• Knowledge of client-centered care principles
• Proficient with electronic health records and communication tools
