In this role reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work collaboratively with the maintenance team, addressing essential repairs and maintenance throughout the property. Daily tasks will include routine inspections, pool maintenance, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, keeping both guests and staff protected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections across hotel facilities
• Assist with HVAC systems and pool maintenance activities
• Clean and sanitize pools, hot tubs,



and their surroundings
• Maintain landscaping and assist in seasonal tasks
• Store maintenance tools and supplies safely

Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in hotel or similar maintenance
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
• Capacity to lift heavy objects
