Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness in all assigned properties
• Address and resolve tenant issues tactfully
• Keep accurate written records and forms
• Assist with light maintenance and repairs
• Physically lift and move furniture and equipment

Requirements:
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of privacy legislation
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds
• Familiarity with building systems beneficial
• Successful Criminal Record Check required
