Become a key player at Wakefield as a Supply Chain ERP Functional Analyst specializing in Planning, Inventory Management, and Quality. This 18–24 month contract offers an chance to influence ERP implementation strategies.
In this strategic role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain ERP Transformation Lead to support system testing, process documentation, and data validation. Your expertise in inventory and quality processes will be essential in designing future state operations and ensuring user readiness. Engaging directly with stakeholders, you will enhance process adoption and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the subject matter expert for key supply chain processes
• Engage in process workshops and document operational needs
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and track resolution of defects
• Support data readiness and migration during the ERP rollout
• Develop training resources and lead end-user training sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning and quality
• Experience within ERP environments is essential
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual capability in English and French is desirable
