This position focuses on assessing the nutrition needs of residents and developing effective care plans. As a member of interdisciplinary teams, you will collaborate on initiatives to enhance dining experiences, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulatory guidelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents at risk and providing comprehensive education to staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutrition assessments for incoming residents
• Formulate and adjust nutrition care plans




• Document and communicate resident care effectively
• Counsel residents and families on dietary needs
• Participate in resident care conferences as available

Requirements:
• University degree in Food and Nutrition
• 1-2 years experience in relevant care settings
• Current registration in applicable regulatory body
• Knowledge of nutrition regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
