Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Support for persons with disabilities Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities Support for newcomers and refugees Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
