This position requires a candidate who can effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse clients and office staff. Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating on-site services, and maintaining storage areas to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance work orders as approved
• Ensure physical condition of property and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and report issues
• Manage scheduling for contractor services
• Support management staff as needed

Requirements:
• Medium-level experience in carpentry, plumbing, and tiling
• Fluent English with solid writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Success in police background check
• Reliable vehicle and Richmond Hill residency preferred
