Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations for DISH and guest service
• Support team in Room Service functions
• Mentor trainees through hands-on assessments
• Resolve service issues during shifts
• Ensure cleanliness and uphold service quality

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in Food & Beverage roles
• Hands-on, proactive teamwork approach
• Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility in evening and weekend shifts
