As a vital member of the HMR Leadership team, you'll facilitate community programs and specialty camps, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. With responsibilities that span program planning and administrative support, your flexible schedule will include evenings and weekends to meet community needs effectively. Your role will encourage community involvement and improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize programs for all ages at the Irving Oil Field House
• Engage with participants in sports and community activities




• Oversee facility setup and maintenance of equipment
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities and community partnerships
• Manage program budgets and evaluate outcomes

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Robust commitment to YMCA mission and values
