WELL Health is looking for a dedicated Patient Care Representative to join its team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will greet patients, assist with their needs, and handle administrative tasks to streamline operations within the clinic. Your responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, maintaining patient records, and cooperating with medical staff to facilitate seamless patient flows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, securing needed identification and history




• Manage appointment schedules diligently and efficiently
• Maintain organized patient documentation and records
• Collaborate with physicians to enhance clinical workflow
• Assist patients in mobility and ensure proper exam preparations

Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in a medical setting
• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related
• Proficiency in typing at least 35 wpm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR & First Aid certification is encouraged
