Join McMan Calgary as a Recovery Navigator from September 1, 2026, through March 3, 2028. Lead supportive services for individuals tackling mental health and addiction issues through the Recovery Hub.
As a full-time Recovery Navigator, you will coordinate operations and enhance participant support by implementing individualized plans. Your focus is on building community partnerships, facilitating DBT-informed groups, and navigating access to various health and recovery resources. You play an essential role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide low-barrier intake for individuals seeking assistance
• Create and manage the workshop and group programming schedule
• Ensure smooth Recovery Hub service delivery daily
• Assess needs and develop housing stability plans
• Collaborate with the University of Calgary on program initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services
• Three years’ experience with vulnerable populations
• Solid interpersonal and crisis management skills
• Understanding of DBT principles
• Current First Aid and Suicide Intervention training
