Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to member inquiries knowledgeably and professionally

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a lending-focused contact center
• 1-2 years’ experience in banking and credit protocols
• Knowledge of retail underwriting and credit systems
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with excellent communication abilities
