What You'll Be Doing




Help customers and technicians track down the right parts, accessories, and special orders
Manage phone inquiries and walk-in traffic with efficient, high-quality service
Source and fill orders when items are out of stock
Organize outgoing orders for shipping, delivery, or pickup
Stock incoming parts and keep the department organized and easy to navigate
What We're Looking For
Solid technical knowledge of automotive parts
Comfort working within an inventory management system
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to sell
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Automotive parts experience (1-3 years) is an asset but not required
Compensation & Work Model
Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $60,000, based on experience. This is an onsite, in-person role. 2 weeks vacation, health and dental advantages, RRSP option
Location & Travel
Based in Oakville, Ontario. No travel requirements identified for this position.
