As a Project Administrator at OFNTSC, you will support the Housing team and various technical contracts under the Director of Operations. This role involves managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring compliance with administrative processes. Ideal candidates have a strong admin background and familiarity with community service and technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups
• Organize and coordinate workshops and training sessions




• Maintain organized project files and technical reports
• Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes as required
• Assist with generating invoices and processing subcontractor payments

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Robust organizational and communication skills required
• Knowledge of First Nations communities considered an asset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Willingness to travel within Ontario as needed
