Reporting to the Manager of Volunteer Resources & Engagement, you'll manage volunteer initiatives that foster engagement and community connection. Ideal candidates possess strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others. This role includes collaborating with different departments to showcase the importance of our volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire volunteer management cycle
• Provide in office support to volunteers daily
• Develop strategies for volunteer retention and recognition
• Coordinate comprehensive training programs
• Assist in community outreach events

Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant education preferred
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Comfort speaking to large groups
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with volunteer management software preferred
