Join The Salvation Army as a Program Services Caseworker, dedicated to assisting clients at Belinda’s Place towards housing stability and personal growth.

This role involves direct client interaction through housing-related casework, intake processing, and managing comprehensive documentation. You will be responsible for encouraging clients while facilitating access to support services and ensuring their accommodation needs are met. A solid foundation in social services and a commitment to anti-oppression principles are vital to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake processes and manage client admissions
• Prepare and maintain detailed case management documentation
• Ensure a safe and clean setting for clients




• Collaborate with local agencies and professionals
• Support clients' housing stability planning and services

Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or equivalent experience
• Experience with mental health and addiction issues
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality in client interactions
