Join Southbridge Owen Sound as a Food Service Supervisor, ensuring the delivery of safe and nutritious meals to residents. This part time position involves maintaining food quality and team leadership.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Food Service Department and will report to the Executive Director. Your task is to implement quality improvement practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a positive dining atmosphere. Engage with residents and staff daily as you lead and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning high-quality dietary services
• Lead and inspire dietary staff members
• Ensure compliance with Public Health food standards




• Maintain accurate records and therapeutic menus
• Collaborate with families and professionals regarding resident care

Requirements:
• Active member of C.S.N.M. or Dietitians of Ontario
• Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Negative vulnerable sector check and TB test required
