This permanent position involves working closely with the Department Chair and faculty, assisting in the management of language labs while supporting both instructors and students. Essential skills include troubleshooting lab equipment, assisting in assessments, and managing instructional resources related to French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of language labs
• Provide technical support and training to students and faculty
• Develop and manage course management systems




• Assist in running lab sessions and student assessments
• Maintain online and printed instructional resources

Requirements:
• Degree in a Humanities field or relevant experience
• At least 2 years in instructional support or administration
• Working knowledge of audiovisual and educational technology
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech
