Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally screen incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
• Draft, format, and edit correspondence and reports
• Organize meeting logistics, including preparation and scheduling
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies
Requirements:
• Completion of at least some secondary school
• Preference for candidates with 0-6 months of experience
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with administrative procedures and best practices
• Ability to manage confidential information sensitively
