Play a key role in education with the MESC as an Education Assistant. Support teachers, facilitate learning, and assist students with diverse needs in a cooperative school environment.

In this role, you will assist teachers in delivering quality education to Maskwacis students. The position requires direct engagement with students, preparation of educational materials, and collaboration with educational staff to ensure student growth. You'll observe student behaviors, report on needs, and uphold confidentiality while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers by working directly with students

• Observe and report student behavior to teachers




• Supervise and support students with complex needs
• Implement tailored strategies and techniques for student success

Requirements:
• High school diploma and ECD training required
• 1 to 2 years of experience working with children
• Excellent writing, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal communication with management and parents
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional attitude
