General Manager (GM)About the RoleBoston Pizza Smithers (BP045) is seeking a full-time, permanent Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations across Front of House, Heart of House, and bar. Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, the General Manager drives sales performance, controls costs, develops the team, and ensures every guest has an outstanding experience.In addition to enhancing the Guest and team member experience, the General Manager will work to attract Guests by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs.
