Job Description WHAT''S THE JOB? This temporary full-time co-op role runs for 14 weeks (September to December) and is primarily remote.

If you live close to our head office in Mississauga, Ontario, you may be required to come in occasionally for team meetings or other in-person activities.

The position follows standard 40-hour weekdays.

Reporting to the Organizational Development Specialist, you will support

Organizational Effectivenessand Communityteam in advancing initiatives that strengthen cultureand community, leadership effectiveness,andemployee experience.

You will contribute through program coordination, data collection, content development, research, and communication support.

Key

Responsibilities: Assistin research and analysis related to leadership development, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.

Support in the development ofe-learning content and learning resources for leadership development and other organizational initiatives.

Create communication materials that support engagement, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives.

Support the drafting, editing, and distribution of employee communications.

Coordinatecontent creation, working collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts, creative services, and other members of the Human Resources team.

Assistin managing the company recognition program, including tracking participation, reporting results, and supporting program activities.

Assistin the delivery and reporting of community initiatives.

Support the management and continuous improvement of community engagement efforts, includingrefining processes, tracking participation, andidentifyingtrends.





Administer and analyze pulse surveys tomonitorengagement and inform organizational development actions.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to track program performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Must be a college or university student and returning to academic studies upon completion of the co-op work term.

Currentlypursuing studiesin Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, ora related field.

Solid interest in organizational development, learning, culture, and people-focused work Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Intermediateproficiencywith Copilot, Excel, Power

Point, and MS Teams.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and remote environment.
