This full-time position involves direct oversight of general maintenance, including the execution of painting, plumbing, and housekeeping practices. You'll be responsible for responding to resident needs, coordinating with service vendors, and leading safety compliance audits as a member of the JHSC. Your initiative will create a comfortable atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventive and scheduled maintenance across the community
• Oversee all housekeeping procedures and staff scheduling




• Respond to resident repair requests efficiently
• Act as liaison with vendors for various services
• Conduct safety audits and monthly meetings as JHSC member

Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience in maintenance management
• Familiarity with housekeeping practices beneficial
• Experience with scheduling and budget management desirable
• Certification in general maintenance is a plus
• Transparent Criminal Background Check and TB Test required
