Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service and support for key accounts
• Schedule and manage contract staff for interpretation services




• Maintain and analyze account performance metrics
• Conduct outreach and marketing initiatives for clients
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing processes

Requirements:
• One year of experience in a customer-oriented setting
• Experience processing accounts receivable and payable
• Fluency in English and another language required
• Strong background in CRM database systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
