The HR Business Partner Associate is responsible for managing time and attendance, onboarding, and offboarding staff in collaboration with HR Business Partners and managers. You will also develop strategies for workforce management and ensure that all HR services are efficiently accessible to operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee time and attendance for designated units
• Implement onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Facilitate overtime and leave approval processes
• Create and review workforce management solutions
• Provide support in employee wellness and performance
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in HR
• Diploma in Human Resources or Bachelor of Commerce
• Class 5 driver's license required
• Appropriate licensure with regulatory bodies
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
