Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruiting and training an energetic retail team
• Coach and recognize team members for their contributions
• Ensure effective scheduling and daily operational flow




• Resolve customer concerns to create positive shopping experiences
• Align displays with Cypress Mountain's brand standards

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Passion for outdoor activities and skiing proficiency
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Valid BC driver’s license and insured vehicle
