The Server will work under the Food and Beverage Manager and Shift Supervisor, ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, and adhering to all safety and health protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills and teamwork to maintain high service standards in a bustling casino workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional guest service during dining experiences
• Accurately take and enter orders using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work areas
• Balance sales receipts and assist with inventory control
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certificate needed
• 1-2 years server experience in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
