About the Job We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role will support the firm’s digital marketing efforts by producing high-quality video content, motion graphics, animation, and digital assets for use across web, social, email, advertising, and investor-facing channels. As a member of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in translating complex investment and fund information into explicit, engaging visual content that strengthens Brompton’s brand, increases awareness of our fund line-up, and supports prospective investors in their decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, excellent attention to detail,



and significant hands-on experience editing and producing polished digital media using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, and After Effects.

What you will do

Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Development and Portfolio Management teams to plan, edit, and produce compelling video and digital media content, including motion graphics, animated assets, social media videos, display ads, emails, brochures, and other marketing materials;

Transform fund information, market commentary, and investor-facing materials into engaging video, animation, infographics, and other visual formats;

Adhere to and expand existing brand guidelines;

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices; and

Assist with additional projects and tasks as required.

Your Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Video Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, digital media production, motion graphics, or animation

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, and After Effects.

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Strong sense of pacing, composition, visual storytelling,



typography, and brand consistency across video and digital formats

Quick learner and advocate of new media, trends and technologies

Understand best practices for file authoring and organization to facilitate collaboration

Photography, videography, audio editing, or on-set production experience preferred

Experience with WordPress, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator an asset

Position to be filled immediately

Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000

The base salary range for this role reflects the breadth of experience and proficiency we are willing to consider. Final compensation offered will be determined by assessing the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and alignment with the team’s needs.
