As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of multiple construction projects
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimating
- Work closely with field and office teams to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Coordinate and support site activities alongside superintendents
- Monitor project timelines and help ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Assist in managing subcontractors and supporting team coordination
- Help allocate and track internal and external resources
- Ensure on-site safety standards are followed and maintained
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting




- Support implementation of quality control processes
- Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving issues
- Contribute to keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings/specifications
- Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in the wall & ceiling trade
- Experience working on commercial or multifamily construction projects is an asset
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
