Boardwalk is seeking a maintenance qualified to address maintenance requests and emergencies at Patrician Village (NW Calgary). The role involves vacant suite touch ups, general building upkeep, and coordinating turnover inspections with the Customer Care Team. The ideal candidate has 2 years of maintenance experience (3 years renovation experience is a plus), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a team.
