Boardwalk is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with a minimum of two years of experience in service roles. Ideal candidates will possess robust time-management skills, knowledge of maintenance practices, and a commitment to customer service. You will ensure high standards in vacant suite maintenance, emergency repairs, and general upkeep of common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance as needed
• Conduct inspections of turnover suites with the Customer Care Team




• Execute preventative maintenance inspections and reporting
• Assist with snow removal during winter months

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance service experience
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 90kg with proper equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and teamwork abilities
