Key Responsibilities:
• Execute shipment and stock organization efficiently
• Maintain back-of-house and inventory accuracy
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Identify and escalate any operational challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and lead by example

Requirements:
• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Solid focus on execution and detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours
• Must lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks
