Tremcar West is hiring a full time Truck and Trailer Mechanic in Saskatoon. Become part of an essential team while focusing on repair and maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles.

This position is ideal for candidates living in Saskatoon or those who can commute daily. You'll perform repairs on semi-trucks and trailers, specifically handling ABS brakes and suspensions without engine work. Ensure the safe operation of diesel engines using diagnostic equipment, and bring basic hand tools and safety boots.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs on semi-trucks and trailers
• Perform minor truck repairs, excluding major engine work
• Repair and maintain ABS braking systems
• Utilize diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
• Execute government-required safety assessments

Requirements:
• Must be SGI certified for vehicle safety checks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Diesel mechanic experience is preferred
• Possession of basic hand tools and safety boots
• Capability to work with minimal supervision
