Key Responsibilities:
• Support families through in-home visits and mentoring
• Deliver health-focused education and resources




• Work alongside Community Health Nurse on initiatives
• Act as a liaison for families seeking assistance
• Plan and execute community education events

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Certification or equivalent
• First Aid & CPR certifications; willing to secure them
• Proven ability to work independently
• Experience with First Nations communities is an advantage
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
