Our team is seeking committed individuals for part-time, permanent positions requiring 20-60 hours bi-weekly. Responsibilities include facilitating daily living tasks, developing Individual Support Plans, and conducting regular home inspections for compliance and safety. Your role is crucial in fostering client independence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with team tasks and client support
• Help individuals with financial planning and needs
• Create and implement Individual Support Plans
• Manage weekly medication tasks and documentation
• Conduct home inspections for safety standards

Requirements:
• Grade XII education minimum
• 2-year diploma in relevant field is a plus
• Social services experience, especially with disabilities
• Clean police record and valid G driver’s license
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
