Kingston Fire and Rescue seeks motivated individuals for Volunteer Firefighter positions at multiple stations, including Gore Road and Brewer’s Mills Road. In this essential role, you will respond to a range of emergencies and maintain critical firefighting equipment. Your dedication will play a key role in ensuring community safety and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergencies, including fires and medical calls
• Operate and maintain firefighting equipment and tools
• Educate the public on safety practices through outreach




• Commit to ongoing training and skill development
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent verification needed
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license required
• Experience in firefighting or emergency response is an asset
• Ability to work flexible schedule and on short notice
