You will serve as a direct link for guests, ensuring their inquiries about hotel and local services are met with accuracy. Your role will involve delivering luggage, enforcing policies, and assisting guests with various needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions and hotel services
• Deliver luggage and amenities to guests seamlessly
• Keep the lobby entrance clean and inviting
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly
• Work closely with the Front Office management

Requirements:
• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred
