Candidates will utilize their farm equipment operating experience, alongside basic mechanical skills, to maintain agricultural machinery. Applicants should be ready to work long hours during the busy harvest time, with Sundays off for better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate balers, telehandlers, and cutting equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance on farm equipment
• Collaborate with team members for successful operations
