MacLean Engineering is seeking skilled Welder/Fitters dedicated to quality and safety in our expanding aftermarket team. This role involves exact fitting and welding of structural components and requires significant experience in production environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with positive teamwork capabilities and a drive for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fit and weld components following technical specifications
• Operate welding machines and prepare surfaces carefully
• Safely operate overhead cranes and welding equipment




• Document improvement opportunities for processes
• Maintain a 5S organized workspace consistently

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years GMAW Flat Position experience
• Familiarity with engineering drawings required
• CWB certification under CSA 47.1 is advantageous
• Blueprint reading and welding theory knowledge beneficial
• Crane operation certification preferred
