In this hands-on position, you will ensure the secure operation of building systems, including HVAC and mechanical units. Collaborating with the team, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, respond to urgent requests, and complete repairs across various trades. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor building systems for safe operations
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance routines
• Address and resolve work orders quickly
• Carry out minor repairs in plumbing, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain records using the CMMS system
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building operations
• Certification in maintenance technology preferred
• Valid Canadian driver's license is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
